• All courses offered
• Adding baseball as a sport at Dresden Middle School
• Hiring non-faculty coaches Dusty Gibson, Westview cross-country; Todd Maxey, Dresden High/Middle/Elementary cross-country/track; Emily Waddell, Greenfield, cheerleading; Clinton Smith, Martin Middle boys’ basketball; Merritt Spence, Westview boys’ soccer; Emily Johnson, Westview girls’ soccer, Kassi Wright, Westview cheerleading; Scott Hewett, Dresden High football
• All CTE, band, athletic, and special education field trips for 2019-20 that are not overnight or over 100 miles
• Dresden cross-country team travel to Memphis August 31, Nashville September 14 and the State Championship Meet in Nashville November 2
• Westview girls’ basketball team to compete in a Christmas tournament in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina December 17-22

Board chair Steve Vantrease and School Director Randy Frazier also presented longtime friend to Weakley County Schools Paul Tinkle with a plaque and collection of personal messages in recognition of his induction into the Tennessee Journalism Hall of Fame.
